High Temperature Heat Pump (HTHP)

An industrial heat pump can create a higher temperature fluid instead of releasing (wasting) the heat energy of an existing low temperature source into the air.

Significant amounts of CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) emissions can be minimized while saving up to 4 times more than heating with fossil fuels or electricity.

For instance, just 1 kWe of power is needed to create 4 kWt of usable heat at a high temperature. The COP of this ratio (Coefficient of Performance). Each application-specific calculation is made.

The small size of the modular units makes it simple to deploy them on a site. They also offer flexibility for capacity extension and relocation.

With Rank® HTHP's, even very low waste heat temperatures (such as 30C) can be utilized to produce fluids with high temperature, which is useful for operator's other processes.
