The most gas pressure drop processes utilize regulators (pressure control valves - PCV) to reduce gas pressures to certain levels according to the need of the next process in the line. InLine Turboexpander can be used to generate power from this application for different type gasses:

i. During the process of letting down the gas pressure, each InLine Turboexpander unit may produce up to 300 kWh of electricity,

ii. Installing InLine Turboexpander parallel with the present PCV line can guarantee continuous gas flow,

iii. Ex-proof (explosion-proof) and hermetic design,

iv. Utilized magnetic bearings eleminates lubrication,

v. InLine flow design lets the system cool itself,

vi. Flange to flange installation design reduces required footprint

vii. Applications includes but not limited to natural gas, H2, compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, and other gases.
